Development teams know the feeling of a thin bandwidth during event season, but are still able to produce an epic event for the organization. In this session, we will take a step back, look at case studies and participant examples to see what small (or large) changes can be made ahead of time that will make a big impact on your bandwidth, and the level of funds raised at your events. We will talk about how these changes can be made utilizing our best tools, great volunteers along with a great planning outline and event timeline.
Learning Objectives:
- Feel more comfortable determining what areas of growth you can find within your events
- Be able to utilize your volunteer committees to grow event fundraising
- Work with and train the volunteer committees to be successful utilizing specific tools and resources
