Anthony Harden (he/him) is a Project Manager at Swaim Strategies. With a background in theatre production, performance and event planning, Anthony entered the fundraising sector managing large and small donor events for the arts. He has a passion for the stories we tell and believes that empathy has the power to nurture a community and shape the world we live in.

Anthony partners with organizations to connect the dots between their mission and their personal journey. He believes that the real magic happens when people work together toward the world we want to see.

Sama Shagaga, Swaim Strategies

Sama Shagaga (he/him) is Senior Project Manager and Director of Fundraising Strategy at Swaim Strategies. His passion is creating a culture of service that builds a more equitable community. That personal mission has led to over 15 years of fundraising and programmatic nonprofit work.

With experience stewarding major donor and corporate relationships, implementing capital campaigns and board leadership of a statewide organization, Sama has holistic expertise of the nonprofit world.
