In this session, we take a step back, look at case studies and participant examples to see what small (or large) changes can be made ahead of time that will make a big impact on your bandwidth, and the level of funds raised at your events. We talk about how these changes can be made utilizing our best tools, great volunteers along with a great planning outline and event timeline.
