Be willing to acknowledge our mistakes and knowledge gaps. Learn from the young\, the old\, our closest allies and the allies whom we have yet to meet. Change is constant. We must always aspire to learn. \nLead. Lead not through titles or privilege or power – but through grace and wisdom and humility. We must lead ourselves before leading others.
